Personally, I cut the squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pulpy like flesh, season, add olive oil or smart balance, bake facedown on cookie sheet @ 400 degrees-time depends on weight. Once cooked, a fork can be used to loosen the spaghetti inside shell, add Parmesan cheese, herbs, and sauce if desired! EXCELLENT and easy!
