Roasted Herbed Potatoes. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.Use red new potatoes, sliced in half, and drizzled them with olive oil, rosemary, and thyme. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. You can change the seasonings you sprinkle on – sometimes I use just Italian seasoning. You can add lemon or whatever you prefer. So easy and so good!
